No pressure. Responded to emails quickly. Good price. We were looking to replace our 10+ year old minivan with a good size, AWD SUV. We wanted something reliable, safe, and comfortable. Test drove the Ascent on Black Friday and spoke to the Chris Rodgers about pricing. Also told him that I'd be looking at other makes as well. There was none of the "what will it take to put you in this car today" tactics. He just thanked me for coming in, told me to contact him with any questions, and wished me luck in my search. After looking at some other cars I decided that the Ascent was my number 1 choice. I checked around at other dealers but found the pricing at Patrick to be very competitive and their willingness to negotiate without pressure to be refreshing. They also were very transparent with their price quotes ... here's the MSRP, our discount is X, there's an additional Y discount if you arrange financing through us, dealer/doc fee is Z... All of this was done via email and while the responses were from several different people (Joe Dineen, Susan Matteo, ...) they were all pleasant, no pressure, and knowledgeable in answering the questions I had. After we agreed on a price we talked about the trade in value for the van. I received fair value for it so we made the deal. When we brought the van in to complete the deal Joe Dineen was there to help wrap things up. He understood that there were a lot of memories for us with the van and didn't try to rush us through the paperwork... he even asked my wife for her permission to move the van out back when we were done. Silly, I know, but it made us both feel better about it. We wrapped up the deal with Bob Bernier from the finance department. He was very thorough and patient, making sure he answered any questions we had before moving on. He offered us information on extended warranty/repair plans, explained what was included, and let us consider them without pressuring us at all. We would not hesitate to recommend Patrick Subaru to other buyers. More

From the finance manager to my sales rep and everyone else who managed to find just the car that I wanted in short time, I did not have to worry about a thing.
