In addition, it was about 3 months from the time I first met Joe and started the process to the time I purchased the car. Joe and the dealership kept in touch but was not overbearing and very understandable. When I came in to make my final selection Joe did an outstanding job at researching the vehicles to look at and being prepared with keys and information. More

Only comment is the warranty sales pitch when we came to pick up the car was a little aggressive, but we ended up going for parts only and have not regretted that decision.
