As it turned out, the exact model and color literally rolled in front of the building just as we were looking for the inventory. Patrick was the first of what were to be several dealership visits I made, and I went no further. I had not made up my mind before walking into the dealership, and Joe made the sale. I needed to close out of my soon to expiring lease, and Patrick was willing to work with me to adjust the closing to ensure I was out of the lease. More

They offered a fair price f I have purchased several cars for both myself and my wife and this by far has been the best buying experience I have had. They offered a fair price for the new car but we were a bit off on my trade in value. I asked my sales rep (Joe Dineen who was great to work with BTW) to sharpen their pencil and he and his team were accommodating. I typically feel like I need to put the war paint on any time I am looking to negotiate a price but we came to agreement within 15 minutes of sitting down and I feel like both sides got a fair deal. And FWIW - I had done hours of research on options, pricing, etc so felt as though I was educated and prepared going into the dealership. I can't say enough about how great the team was to work with. It's too bad all dealships do not operate this way. Either way, I highly recommend Patrick Subaru and I do know we will be back. More

Everything but an inspection was done on the premises. Joe was thorough in going over all extra warrantee options without ever being pushy. On my first visit I met with Joe who showed me a bunch of foresters they had on the lot and took me on a test drive of one I was interested it. I decided against buying it because after doing the math with the monthly payments and financing rates, I would end up paying the same amount if I bought a new car that came with a warranty. I came back the next week and initially decided to hang around and wait for Joe, but he was busy helping another customer. Not wanting to keep me waiting, John came to help me out. This time I had my aunt with me to give me sound reason against my usually impulsive personality. We agreed a crosstrek made more sense for what I wanted and needed. John took us to see all the crosstreks in the back lot and took an awesome one out for us to try. I decided to buy the car! The paper work was easy and quick! Rob from financing helped me finalize everything getting me a good rate. John helped get me in my car quickly and off the lot within two days! I decided to buy the car on a Sunday and had all the paper work to sign on Monday and left with the car on Tuesday. He called to check how I liked the car and what else he can be of service for as a follow up. Truly exceptional service all around! More
