When we went to test drive a new Outback, we spoke to a salesman named Joe Dineen, who took the time to listen and answer questions, but (unlike too many others we have encountered over the years) did not apply undue pressure. We left, talked it over and went back to buy the car. Joe was exceptional in his professionalism and willingness to work with us. 3 years ago I decided I would like my next car to b a Subaru for the size and all wheel drive features. When I walked into the Shrewsbury Dealership Joe took care of me right from the start. He asked what I wanted, I was hoping for a new car but wasn't sure I could afford it. He showed me how it could and it did. From the test-drive through the purchase/trade-in process, my salesperson Joe was a true professional. He took the time to let me try several models and never pushed or rushed me.
