We have bought two Subarus from Patrick at this point. The first was in 2002 and the new one a bit more than a month ago. We are repeat customers because almost unfailingly the staff is very helpful and polite; Melissa and Brenda in service are excellent representatives of the dealership. When we went to test drive a new Outback, we spoke to a salesman named Joe Dineen, who took the time to listen and answer questions, but (unlike too many others we have encountered over the years) did not apply undue pressure. We left, talked it over and went back to buy the car. Joe was exceptional in his professionalism and willingness to work with us. 3 years ago I decided I would like my next car to b a Subaru for the size and all wheel drive features. When I walked into the Shrewsbury Dealership Joe took care of me right from the start. He asked w Subaru for the size and all wheel drive features. When I walked into the Shrewsbury Dealership Joe took care of me right from the start. He asked what I wanted, I was hoping for a new car but wasn't sure I could afford it. He showed me how it could and it did. I was given a tour of the Dealership, a test drive and multiple financing option. I am now the owner of a new 2011 Subaru Outback. Thanks Joe. More

Wonderfule experience. I was very satisfied. Joe did a great job. Couldn't hve asked for better. Got the color I wanted. He went over all of the options with me. From the test-drive through the purchase/trade-in process, my salesperson Joe was a true professional. He took the time to let me try several models and never pushed or rushed me. He found the car I wanted in the exact color and gave me a fair trade on my 2005 Outback, which made the process much less stressful than in the past. I would buy another car from Patrick Subaru (this is my second) and highly recommend them. More

He made the process of test driving, purchasing,handling the "paperwork" and registry, and orientating me to my new wheels efficient and a pleasure! Joe took the time to explain all of services that Patrick Subaru offers, gave me a tour of the facility, and introduced me to the service manager as well. We had to get out of our current car and move to the outback with a baby on the way and the staff were grat at understanding our price-point, our need for car options and color. Our salesman did not stress us out with gimmicks or sales techniques like most "car salesman" he was genuine and down to earth. Service really reflects the kind of car we bought: multifaceted, dependable and professional! Thanks for all you did Joe Dinneen!! They say people sell people and Joe was just a down to earth good man and well versed salesperson. Thanks again! See you in 3 years! Oh wait, we can deal with the service dept. in the meantime b/c they are just as professional! More

When I walked in I met with Joe Dinneen and he took care of me from beginning to end, this guy made sure I was taken care of at all times and got me the vehicle I wanted in the color and option spec. I wanted and at a good price. I was very happy by the time I drove off the lot. I purchased a vehicle from Patrick Subaru 12 years ago and had a very friendly and professional car buying experience. It's great to see that the great customer service is still there. In fact, it's even better!
