I started the search for a lightly used car at Patrick because I knew they had a large selection and I had my heart set on a Subaru. I started out by walking the lot and seeing what was available. After about 5 minutes, a salesperson came out to greet me and to inquire as to what I was looking for. Joe was incredible! He was mindful of my budget and patient with me as I explored my options. More than anything, he was honest and upfront about the vehicle (provided a detailed history of the car) and about the total cost to me. He recognized my needs and worked to accommodate them without being pushy or over-selling. It was my first time buying a vehicle from a dealership, and after hearing horror stories of hours wasted and tons of pressure, I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. From the french vanilla coffee and wide selection to Joe's patience and candor, I would absolutely go back to Patrick or recommend it to a friend! More

Purchased a 2013 Subaru Outback last week and wanted to share our thoughts. Joe Dineen worked with us answering all our questions about the car. We negotiated a fair price for our trade in (came close to what edmunds valued the car at) and the discount on the Outback was fair as well. At no point was there any pressure or the typical car salesman antics. Overall, the process was pleasant and I would definitely recommend Joe. Thanks to everyone at Patrick, I can see why they have such a high rating! More

I would totally recommend Patrick Subaru. Joe was knowledgeable about the Impreza we were looking at. If there was something he did not know he made sure he got us the answer. He took the time to exp knowledgeable about the Impreza we were looking at. If there was something he did not know he made sure he got us the answer. He took the time to explain all the features of the car and the car manual. I also like the "team work" culture at Patrick Subaru. From talking to Colleen and Jason initially and then meeting Joe when we got to the dealership. Everyone was on the same page and contributed to us making our decision to purchase our new Impreza. Buying a car is a major purchase, and a major decision and we could not be more pleased with our 2013 Subaru Legacy 3.6R from Patrick Subaru, and especially the attentiveness and knowledge of our salesper and we could not be more pleased with our 2013 Subaru Legacy 3.6R from Patrick Subaru, and especially the attentiveness and knowledge of our salesperson, Joe Dineen. We had done lot of research prior to meeting with Joe. My husband has owned Subaru vehicles in the past, but this was my first Subaru. Since the 2013 models had not yet arrived, Joe brought me to a comparable 2012 model and explained the similarities between the models and what I would love about the vehicle. I was there on a busy Saturday and Joe treated me as though I was the only customer of the day and I really appreciate his attentive service, attention to detail, and willingness to answer/explain everything to me. From the day the car was ordered, he kept us up-to-date regarding its arrival status and the transition into our hands – going through every feature in a detailed manner. Knowledge of a car line is one thing, the personality to make you comfortable with the purchase, the dealership, and the staff, along with the willingness to assist at every stage of the process is another – and Joe excelled in all. Joe Dineen put me at ease immediately. It was clear that he gave clear, honest answers to questions. I was concerned that as a first time car buyer I might be "high balled" or "low balled" or treated like he gave clear, honest answers to questions. I was concerned that as a first time car buyer I might be "high balled" or "low balled" or treated like "a little old lady". I am 75, so it was not unreasonable to be a bit anxious. I thought I knew what I wanted, although after sleeping on the selection overnight, I decided that I wanted to go "up" one model. Joe was happy to accommodate me and we had a deal. I have to admit that the deal the factory was offering on pricing was very attractive, and combining that with what seemed to be a very reasonable trade in price, made my new Forester a no brainer. The system that you have for picking up calls for salespeople when they are not on site, or are busy with customers, is excellent. I never felt as if I was left "hanging". Information was provided, either on the phone or by email with the assurance that whatever we talked about would be shared with the salesman. We have had two previous Subarus, an Outback and a Forester,purchased from Patrick. Our experience with the service dept. has been very satisfactory with both cars and I look forward to another good experience with my new car. More

I recently placed an order for the new 2012 Impreza through Joe Dinneen, Sales and Leasing Consultant at Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. He was recommended by two of my co-workers and friends, and what a great recommendation. I traded my 1st owned Subaru Outback which I had on the road for over 9 years. I must say I was really impressed with how professional, fair and thorough Joe was throughout my experience of ordering a vehicle, trading a vehicle and finally purchasing it. The service was outstanding and I left the dealership today with my new Impreza a very happy person. I would recommend Joe Dinneen and Patrick Subaru to anyone interested in buying a vehicle. More

The experience of buying a new car was becoming overwhelming. I test drove several cars at different dealerships and liked the interior of this one, features of that one and the warranty of that on overwhelming. Joe was kind, patient with my questions and very knowledgeable about the Impreza and the Legacy. I test drove both of them and talked about my needs and expectations of the purchase I was about to make. Joe helped without pressuring, which was very important to me. I chose the Legacy, in White Platinum Pearl with a light interior. It is a beautiful car that I plan to enjoy for many years to come. Joe also showed me the service area and introduced me to a service agent through whom I can schedule maintenance for the car. All my questions were answered and I feel confident that if I have questions in the future they will be addressed quickly and courteously. Thank you More

Patrick Subaru made it extremely difficult for me when it came to the paper work process I believe because I did not finance through them. Nothing was explained to me and I felt like a fool when I asked many came to the paper work process I believe because I did not finance through them. Nothing was explained to me and I felt like a fool when I asked many questions on the issue. The finance guy was rude and did not seem to interested in what i was asking. After jumping around and calling my insurance company and bank multiple times for information The dealership could have done for me, After all I did pay them $300 for what they call Doc. fee's . I picked up the car in a hurried manner brought on by Patrick Subaru saying that I need to do it before 5pm or I couldn't take till the next day ! I mean come on really I have a job and school i have to attend . With that being said it was dark when I received the car in the morning when i could see I did a thorough inspection on the car outside looked great the inside however was filthy. I found coffee in the gearshift after you took it out of park the steering wheel had some disgusting stuff all over it and the user panel also had crud on it . I'm not impressed by Patrick Subaru's lack of customer service. I will not be shopping with them again. More
