Normally that's a green light for sales people to take advantage, but not for Joe. He was friendly and informed. He worked with me through all my questions, but never hesitated to get answers from management for clarification before passing on the info; in this way, I knew I had all the details. - Respectful When I wanted to talk pricing and negotiating strategies with my parents (a more experienced eye), Joe respectfully left the table to give me the privacy I deserve. He did not try to gather information from my "off the table" convo for any reason. - Easy to work with When we were about to make a deal, I sprung the old "now let negotiate for add-ons", and he just laughed along with me. We were able to work out getting a small cosmetic tune added for free to the deal. - Time I came late in the day, but Joe was willing to work with me through the process, putting in the extra hours without complaint to help make me feel valued as a customer, and as a person. Cons: - I came for a quote but left with a car. But is that really so bad? Can't really say anything bad about Joe, he's a pro. And he still provides me the best service when I call him with questions many months later. More

Wonderful and an unexpected experience Since my current Toyota Camry is approaching the end of its service life, I started to look for a new car or a new used car. For some reason, I favor Subaru Forster in terms of its capacity, fuel efficiency, reliability. I did some home work and get several appointments including Patrick Subaru, but actually I did not consider Patrick because it is a little far from Newton where I am living. It happened that my wife and I attended a seminar at Double Tree hotel in Westborough last Saturday. During the lunch break, I decided to visit Patrick Subaru and see if there is good deal there. Before getting into the showroom, I noticed a 2016 Subaru Forster has only ten thousands mileage on parking lots with a reasonable price, which I did not find on their website before. In Patrick Subaru show room, Mr Joe Dinneen hosted me and introduced the details about this car and other cars and waited for my determination patiently. I trusted Joe and decided to make a deposit to buy this beautiful blue Forster without testing drive. I am originally scheduled to pick up this car last Wednesday, but last Tuesday, I had a dental appointment and was allowed by boss to have one day off. Thus , I changed my mind and tried to reach Joe around 11:30 am and see if it is possible to pick up my car on that day afternoon. On the phone, Joe said that it is hard for him to do that ahead of the schedule, but he said, he will try. Afterwards, Joe did whatever he can to prepare all documents including car plate necessary for picking up and then he drove to Grafton commute rail station to pick up me there although he was supposed to take one day off on that day. Finally, I was able to drive my new car back around 5:00 pm last Tuesday. It is amazing that Joe and his colleagues got things done within a couple of hours. Thank you Joe! You did a wonderful job. More
