Best review is a return customer Bought a 2013 Subaru Outback, Premium 2.5i in December 2012 from Joe D. Usual negotiation on price and Trade-in, but in the end got what we felt was a Bought a 2013 Subaru Outback, Premium 2.5i in December 2012 from Joe D. Usual negotiation on price and Trade-in, but in the end got what we felt was a fair price. What REALLY impressed us was the time Joe spent with us AFTER the deal. When we picked up the vehicle, he spent a ton of time going over all of the features and it was apparent he knew the vehicle inside and out. We are about to trade in for a new 2016 Outback. Joe...last time you emphasized how good Patrick treated their return customers. You'll have a chance shortly to prove it!! More

Painless. Probably the best car buying experience I ever had. We could not decide on a Forester or an outback. Ours Salesman Joe D was very patient and answered all our question no matter how stupid they sounded.. He said we would be happy with what ever choice we made and we were. I like the Outback and my wife liked the Forester. So we went for the Forester. As the saying goes Happy wife Happy life. When I went do to get the car I arrived a bit early. I spoke to the finance girl and I asked her could she help me out as I just got a call to pick my daughter up from school. The finance girl went straight in and got my paperwork and I was on my way within 15 minutes. Great staff and service. I would recommend the to anyone. More

First time buying a car and this was a great experience! Okay so. I'm 32 years old and I've actually never bought a car on my own. The car I was driving was a car I shared with my ex--so while it was mine, i Okay so. I'm 32 years old and I've actually never bought a car on my own. The car I was driving was a car I shared with my ex--so while it was mine, it never really felt like MINE. I had been thinking for a little while that it might be time for me to start fresh. I knew I wanted a Subaru Impreza but I wasn't sure if I should lease new, or buy used--I'd done plenty of research but hadn't actually gone to look. I didn't mean to walk into Patrick Subaru that day a couple weeks ago; we happened to be in the area and we saw that there was a Subaru dealership nearby so we decided to pop in...just to look. Famous last words, I know. I was EXTREMELY intimidated walking into a dealership, admittedly I had some preconceived notions about car salespeople and high pressure sales tactics etc. I had every intention of just going to kick some tires and gather some info. 4 Hours and a test drive later, I was signing the paper work on a lease for a new Subaru Impreza Sport. Joe D was great. He was extremely knowledgable, was very up front with all the information and was quite funny and fun to work with. I told him I wasn't sure if I should buy used or lease new. He asked me a few questions about my lifestyle, my work--and he encouraged me to go for a lease rather than a purchase. Obviously Joe's job is to sell cars--but I really did feel like he cared about making sure I was in the right vehicle, for the right price. I told him when I walked in which car I was interested in, and what my target price range was. He put me in exactly the car I was after, for the middle of my price range. I so appreciate that he didn't try to upsell me into a car I didn't want for a price that was over my budget. Really, the only thing Joe had to SELL me on--was just to go for it. I kept saying I'm not ready I'm not ready--but what does ready even mean anyway. I said goodbye to my Honda Civic and two days later we picked up my new ride. And I love it. Maybe I wasn't quite ready to buy the car that day, but I have it now and I'm SO thrilled. It feels silly that buying a car could be such an emotional experience but it honestly was--and Joe and the team at Patrick were very understanding of that and they patiently answered all of my questions and gave me plenty of time to think and talk it through with my boyfriend who was with me. I never felt pressured to buy something I didn't want. They just gave me the nudge to go for it. Thank you Joe D. and the team at Patrick for making my first car buying experience so positive and rewarding! More

Banish Your Car Buying Blues and Welcome Sunny Blue Skies Buying a car is a stressful experience, and as a woman, I just never know if I'm being taken seriously and respectfully. As it's not something I enjoy doing, car buying is something I just want to be done with before I even begin. I knew it was time for a trade-in and I had done a bit of research. (Yes I know...a little knowledge is a dangerous thing!) I walked into our local Subaru dealership and stated that today was the day that I was buying my new car. I knew what I wanted and it shouldn't have taken long. I just needed a reasonable price for the new car and a reasonable price for my trade in. Hours later, I was annoyed and insulted and exhausted from their negotiations and sales manner and I walked out. But thank you local dealership for being so horrible because driving to Shrewsbury and meeting Joe Domenicucci was a fabulous experience! He's bright, knowledgeable, listens well, presents the information logically and negotiates fairly and respectfully. Patrick Subaru and Joe D. get gold stars! There is nothing they could have done better! More

Easy, fast, and trustworthy I had just moved to MA, needed a car quickly, and had a limited budget. Went to Patrick and was able to get a better car than I was hoping for for le I had just moved to MA, needed a car quickly, and had a limited budget. Went to Patrick and was able to get a better car than I was hoping for for less than I had originally intended to spend! Their salesmen were helpful and honest, paying attention to my needs and getting all the of the paperwork and everything together so I was able to drive off the lot with a car I could afford and continue to be very happy with! More

Loving my Subaru Forester! I loved my Subaru Impreza but it did not provide enough cargo storage space. After researching and comparing, I decided on a Forester and was hoping I loved my Subaru Impreza but it did not provide enough cargo storage space. After researching and comparing, I decided on a Forester and was hoping to work with Joe Domenicucci again. I knew that I wanted a Subaru, I just wanted sure that I could afford one. Joe D. was able to make that happen. The car handled great and was far better than what I had hoped for and I believe I got an exceptional car for the an exceptional price. Everyone we met on the floor were very friendly. We've had prior experience with the sister (VW) office and that's what brought us back...the customer service and price. We didn't want to go anywhere else. The car is great but it was talking to Joe D. that sealed the deal. Thank you. More

Joe D. was excellent from the minute I walked into the dealership. I know many single women who have had bad experiences with car salesmen - either being condescending, or being ignored, or being creepy dealership. I know many single women who have had bad experiences with car salesmen - either being condescending, or being ignored, or being creepy -- but none of that describes Joe. He was very knowledgeable and respectful and helpful. Totally professional. I bought my car on the first visit and he was a great help regarding options, too. Lisa got me in the door with her quick email response and showing me a car that met my criteria. Joe D. met me at the door and was casual and informative. He recognized that I had done my homework, had visited other dealerships and was ready to buy. No pressure. No bull. It was here's the price I'm willing to pay today. The result was they beat the other prices and the car had more options. Most importantly they had the car! The other dealers could take up to 8 weeks for the color and options I wanted. My wife and I had a good time with Joe D. on delivery. It was fun and through as he explained the whole car to us. My wife bought a Subaru in 1983 at the old Harding St site and that was also a good experience. More
