An exceptional buying experience I had a relaxed buying experience. No pressure or games. The salesman started with their best price which was better than I expected!! A great experience, all in all Joe Domenicucci (an awesome dude) helped my husband & I select the car we wanted, and got us out the door with smiling faces in just over 2 hours, (ev Joe Domenicucci (an awesome dude) helped my husband & I select the car we wanted, and got us out the door with smiling faces in just over 2 hours, (even after meeting with Rob in finance!) Both employees worked with us, and listened to our needs. For that reason, we picked up the brand-new, shiny car days later, and we couldn't be happier with the follow-up service that Joe (and Subaru) has provided to us (especially in determining our Star link Bluetooth connection issues)! Thanks, Joe - and Jeff (?) for helping out. More

We receive Excellent service from Joe Domenicucci, ("Joe D") and from the finance dept, Rob Bernier. I felt no pressure, the deal was excellent all around, with trade in, and other accessories. When walking into Patrick Subaru, it was really ironic, to be approached first by Joe Domenicucci. We remembered him six years ago when we purchased the 2010 forester...The all around experience was so smooth, we sort of second guess ourselves. We went to Patrick based on their excellent recommendation on this site. We were not disappointed. We dealt with Joe Domenicucci, and he was able to work with us to find the vehicle that perfectly fit what she was looking for, at a price we could deal with. There was no hassle, we were not pressured, and while they didn't have the color she wanted in stock, Joe made arrangements to get this, and set clear expectations as to when it would arrive. Fast forward to the car's arrival, we went in, were able to get the paperwork together without being pressured on the 'extras' that all of the dealerships offered, and drove off with her brand new Crosstrek. We would definitely deal with this dealership again next time we're in the market. More

These have been the only cars I've had that, when going back for their first servicing have only needed an oil change. I haven't had anything to complain about with regard to the dealership or their service department. I can't say that about prior cars I have owned, new and old. More

'16 Imprezza I hate car shopping, which is part of the reason I kept my last car so long (10 years). But this wasn't too bad. Went to a Chevy dealer first where we met with the usual pushy, slimy salesman. Joe was not pushy. (Or slimy! Ha ha) Even when it was clear I was going for one of the cheapest cars they sell, he didn't push me to get anything more expensive. I think Joe is a little overwhelmed with the amount of work, however, as one time when he returned my call, he started anawering a question I didn't ask! And another he said, "Let me go. I gotta get back to work here." (Isn't answering my question "working?" That made me feel a little unimportant, I must say). Overall, a good experience and I would do business with them again. More

Didn't do a lot of shopping or negotiation I bought a car that was still being shipped and not even on the lot yet (Crosstrek). Joe D (Sales) gave me a small discount off of list and told me when he thought the car would be ready. The car was ready when estimated. I Waved all the "extras" like tire protection. Was in an out of the dealer in about 2 hours the day of the vehicle pickup. This could have gone a bit quicker but it was the Friday after Thanksgiving and the end of the month - it looked like they were slammed. They took care of registration/insurance. Smooth transaction. Car is great. Joe could be better at returning emails. But he did return phone calls within a day. More

Great Experience, As Always I am on my 4th Subaru and my 2nd time doing business with Patrick (outside of their fantastic service department). I have been eyeing a Crosstrek sinc I am on my 4th Subaru and my 2nd time doing business with Patrick (outside of their fantastic service department). I have been eyeing a Crosstrek since they came out and recently took a position with a longer commute, I need something better than the gas mileage of my 2011 Forester. I worked with Joe to see about the potential for a used Tangerine Orange XV but the numbers were not working out, and since they are such a high volume dealership there wasn't many options on the lot. So we talked longer and I asked "So you have anything coming down the line, I don't NEED the car today" We then went back to looking and since I had fallen in love with the Hyper Blue on the STI that was sitting in the showroom (way over my budget) the idea that they would have a 2016 Crosstrek coming in soon I was very pleased with. I put my deposit and a few weeks later the easy process of picking up my new car. Joe took the time to go over all the details of the car (while a long time Subaru owner there are some new features I have no had prior) and set up my Bluetooth. It was a great experience where I felt cared for and not racked over the coals like you find with other dealerships. More

Exceptional Dealership Services.... Bought my 2016 Outback Premium from Joe D and he was great at explaining the entire vehicle's attributes and enhancements.... Joe was a true gentleman basically was there to guide me through the process and delivered the Outback to me when promised and made sure I was totally 100% satisfied before driving it off the lot... The entire team at Patrick Subaru were professional and courtesy too and they all did an exceptional job from the online quote with Colleen & Ashley to of course the presentation and sale of the vehicle with Joe and then the write up and financing with Rob... Couldn't ask for better service! More
