Honest, straightforward, and kind. I came in to Patrick's Dealership with a specific used car in mind that I had been discussing with the Sales Rep. It had been sold the previous night, so I began looking at other options here with Joe. He was friendly, kind, non-intrusive, and relaxed. I didn't feel any pressure or stress from him whatsoever. He was helpful and willing to answer all of my questions (and there were many), and was patient in his explanations to me. He was honest about what would be possible, and was straightforward in his options; I never once felt that he was trying to give me the run-around or scam me. We test drove two, and I was about to leave when we discussed the option of a newer model. Based on their knowledge of the product, confidence in the vehicle, and their helpfulness, I was sold on the dealership. They were able to meet my requirements and I am now the owner of a 2019 Subaru Impreza! I highly recommend working with Joe, as well as Susan Mattero, and the Patrick Subaru family. Thank you! More

My first lease, my second Crosstrek I purchased my first Crosstrek (2014) at Patrick Subaru from a salesperson who is no longer there. He was more of a 'salesman' than a knowledgable exp I purchased my first Crosstrek (2014) at Patrick Subaru from a salesperson who is no longer there. He was more of a 'salesman' than a knowledgable expert on Subaru. While having that car serviced on a busy Saturday a few months ago, I spent about half an hour with Joe Domenicucci, asking questions on leasing a new 2019 Crosstrek. I've traded and purchased many vehicles in my life, but knew zero about leasing. Joe was so knowledgable, and very patient answering my many questions, He managed to give me the confidence I was looking for take take the plunge and lease. Last week I returned to pick my new car. Joe made the entire experience a pleasant one. Again, he proved he also knows SUBARU. He answered all my questions about the available options. The place was super busy, but I never felt rushed or pushed into any decisions. I test drove my car and made plans for the pick-up two days later. When I arrived, we sat inside the car while Joe explained the updated features on my new vehicle and spent another 20 minutes or more going over the dashboard/radio, programmed my iPhone, etc. It was white-glove service that I never expected. So now, I not only tell everybody how much I love Subarus, I really recommend Patrick Subaru. And if you're lucky enough to get Joe Domenicucci, you'll be in really good hands. More

I made sure to ask for Joe for our sales representative, as we were extremely happy with him with our first Outback purchase. The transaction was flawless from price negotitions to final purchase. At the last minute my wife opted for a different colored vehicle. Paperwork had already been initiated and we were finalizing pick up date. Joe said "let me see what I can do". Joe was able to locate the outback of my wife's choosing and worked with the finance department to make the switch happen. This really allowed for a happy ending. Cannot say enough good things about Joe and Patrick Subaru. More

Since then I often refer people to Joe when I'm working as an auto damage appraiser at a body shop in Walpole, MA. Recently I had a special customer whose vehicle was a total loss and wanted to buy a new car quickly. He is a Vietnam veteran who got Parkinson's disease from agent orange exposure when he was deployed and he needed some extra special attention and help. He didn't know what to get and we suggested he try a Subaru. I went on Patrick Subaru's web site and found what looked like a great used Crosstrek (beautiful pearl white and only 10k miles) and showed it to the customer. Less than 24 hours later my customer was driving his new car. He couldn't be happier and is receiving many compliments from his friends. My thanks go out to Joe for his above-and-beyond help and caring for this mutual customer. The customer came back to show me the car and told me how great the experience was.
