The salesman Joe D was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable right from the first meeting. Joe went over every step during my purchase and explained everything in detail. I had forgotten some items inside my trade in car and Joe D went out of his way to search for my stuff and mailed it to me about a week after my new car purchase. I originally contacted the dealership via the Internet as I was looking for a new car. They hooked me up with Al and I couldn't be more pleased. He knew everything about the car I was purchasing and at delivery he hooked me up. His follow through is fantastic. I had a small issue with the car (a tire was out of balance from the factory) and Al followed up and facilitated me getting taken care of with service and he followed up to ensure I was satisfied. Can't say enough good things about Al! More
