I couldn't be happier! I spent a month looking for a new car, I wasn't in a hurry so I visited quite a few different dealerships. Joe was the first sales person in the mont I spent a month looking for a new car, I wasn't in a hurry so I visited quite a few different dealerships. Joe was the first sales person in the month that I felt comfortable enough with to run my credit. I knew within 5 minutes of walking in this is where I was going to buy my car. I went in looking at used cars and Joe went over my different options and showed me that I could get a brand new car for the payments of a used car! I was extremely picky with the options and colors and they had nothing on the lot that I wanted, so he found me one in another state and they acquired it for me in the exact colors and options I wanted. When i arrived to pick it up just a week later the entire staff was great but Joe got in the car with me answered my questions and made sure I was happy before driving away. I had a friend buy a car from Joe and she raved about the experience and now I know why. It was the easiest and most professional car buying experience I have ever had and I hope that when I need a new car in 5 years, Joe is still there to sell me one! More

Business Manager Robert, courteous, fast & professional. Sales Manager Todd, who moved heaven and earth to get the exact vehicle I wanted from a dealership 100 miles away (only 3 in the whole Northeast and, allegedly, none of them "available" for a swap). Dave & James Patrick, who helped make the swap happen, despite the vehicle I wanted being "unavailable". More

Great experience buying a used Forester. Our experience of buying a used Forester at Patrick was a good one. We got what we needed for our trade in (a Legacy GT over 11 years old) and Joe go Our experience of buying a used Forester at Patrick was a good one. We got what we needed for our trade in (a Legacy GT over 11 years old) and Joe got us into a 2015 Forester after weeding out some less suitable Foresters. I appreciated Joe's honesty and willingness to go looking around for alternatives for us when we didn't find the right car at first. Everyone at Patrick is friendly. We had serviced the Legacy GT there for years (generally good) so we knew the staff to be a trustworthy bunch overall, and they seem to take a long view of things. Never once did we feel like anyone was trying to simply make a sale or rush us into a decision. They seem to genuinely want their customers happy with their purchases over the long term. The only problem I can think of was a minor one. When we were about to drive our new [used] Forester away, I noticed there was only one key with the remote buttons; the other was just a valet key. I asked if they had the other remote key and the answer was "this car only came with one key, but we'll check and see if we have a 2nd." Now, the manual says the car (when new) comes with 2 remote keys and one valet key, and that is the way I would expect a used car to be sold. If I want the 2nd key, it'll cost $$ and if I want to use the valet key I have to disable Subaru's built-in theft alarm. Is it a scam to drive used car buyers to the Parts dept. on their way out? No, I highly doubt it is, but it kind of felt that way. Again, it's a fairly minor gripe though I felt a tad cheated, but then perhaps I should've known to ask about the keys up front (I definitely will next time -- and you should, too!). Everything else about the car has been exactly as described, and Joe D. worked with us to get a price that fit into our budget requirements. The overall experience was really good! More

It was our first leasing experience and he was more than helpful explaining the pros and cons of leasing vs purchasing. We would recommend him. More

I have walked out of dealerships in the past when the typical dealership games start. That did not happen here. I visited another Subaru dealership before this one. They were not very attentive. Tried to sell me a 2015 demo car (maybe I looked poor?). Anyway - very happy with Patrick Motors. Delivery & pickup was pretty painless as well. They have that piece well organized. More

The best of the best! Awesome I recently purchased a new Subaru at Patrick and I was also considering an AWD (used) Lexus at a nearby Lexus dealership in Northborugh. The Customer I recently purchased a new Subaru at Patrick and I was also considering an AWD (used) Lexus at a nearby Lexus dealership in Northborugh. The Customer service at Patrick is outstanding and I highly recommend them. My experience was better than Lexus. More

The buying experience was smooth and quick, Patrick Subaru had the Forester model we wanted, with the desired options. We took delivery the day after our visit and test drive. Most of us look at the car buying experience as stressful, particularly parting with a large sum of money. Could not have asked for a better experience, and now we have a dependable, fun vehicle to drive for several years to come. We used carbargains.org - not on your list below. Thank you.
