The only glaring fault was a large impact trauma to the right lower door panel, resulting in a large quarter sized impact chip, which penetrated the clear bra and went through the paint clearcoat and into the primer section of the door. As a result, I need to have the car returned for bodywork, paint, and repair, which is an unfortunate inconvenience, which should not have happened for a service related request. I would appreciate an inconvenience fee for the damage to my car. More
