We bought a 2017 Impreza from Carter in 2018 and enjoyed the car but my husband was having trouble getting in and out of the low Impreza which is why we decided to move up to the Crosstrek. Garrett was pro the car but my husband was having trouble getting in and out of the low Impreza which is why we decided to move up to the Crosstrek. Garrett was professional, knowledgeable and so personable and the best thing was that he didn't contact me again for at least a week just to let me know that the vehicle I had looked at was still available. I really appreciated the low-impact contact after some other less enjoyable experiences with car salespeople. He walked us through the whole sale and once I purchased the car, he patiently explained all the things I needed to know to drive off. This is the 3rd car I’ve purchased from Carter Subaru in 20 years. Aside from Subarus being top of the line, the dealership and staff do a great job. The last 2 times I’ve purchased cars I was able to take 20 years. Aside from Subarus being top of the line, the dealership and staff do a great job.
