Shopping for a car is not something that I looked forward to, you know the old story of the car salesman. From the beginning, via the internet, Jim Galbraith was supportive and welcoming. He turned me over to Joe Grahovec in used cars. Joe is an experienced salesman and knew right away what I was looking for, money to spend, and service that I needed in the future. Since, my husband has Alzheimers Disease, I am the sole decision maker, this is not fun. But Joe put me at ease, was funny, informative, and all around a very good salesman. I bought the Equinox and I feel that it was a very good decision. He was able to find me the SUV I wanted when I couldn't find it at any other dealerships in the area and even bring it in on a Saturday when they did not think they could find out or get it until Monday. Tim was also very good and ran through the paperwork with me & my husband quickly & thoroughlt given our time constraints when I had to get to work that night after purchasing my vehicle.
