My career in the auto industry began in 1988. I joined the Capital Eurocars family in 2005. The professionalism of the people and the teamwork in order to promote customer satisfaction is one of the best parts about working here. I moved to Florida in 2005 from Thousand Oaks, CA. I have been married for 11 years with 3 great kids; two daughters, ages 9 and 7, and a son who is almost 5. In my free time I enjoy any activity outdoors, and spending time with a great family and friends!

Very fair on price, great service after the sale! Michiel & Patrick were a great team on the sales end. They worked very hard to locate the perfect vehicle for me with all the options I wanted, and go Michiel & Patrick were a great team on the sales end. They worked very hard to locate the perfect vehicle for me with all the options I wanted, and got it here unbelievably fast! On the service side, Lee and Joe performed the finishing upgrades for my car (black kidney grills and rear deck spoiler) and delivered personalized, professional, and prompt service. Would definitely recommend this dealer! More

I have used this dealer to service my BMW for years. I have to drive out of my way to use them and it has been well worth the inconvenience. While I did not buy my BMW there I will next time based upon m have to drive out of my way to use them and it has been well worth the inconvenience. While I did not buy my BMW there I will next time based upon my excellent service experiences. Joe Gruen and his team make all the difference and I highly recommend this dealership. More

Not very enthusiastic or friendly. Seems like he hates his job. Made it seem like I was making him do work he wasn't supposed to. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Tech also forgot to put a couple vacu his job. Made it seem like I was making him do work he wasn't supposed to. Maybe I caught him on a bad day. Tech also forgot to put a couple vacuum lines back correctly and caused some power issues. The detailer marred up my polished wheels as well, even after I requested no one detail it. Update: Joe Gruen addressed all my concerns and rectified my situation. Very pleased with how he dealt with everything in a timely manner. Thank you More

There are salesmen, and then there is Michiel Stephens. Mike is the bomb! He is helpful, friendly, thoughtful, considerate, honest and trustworthy. Michiel has sold me four cars, and I trust him implicitly. He will work for the customer and with the customer. I recommend Capital Eurocars because of the sales, and service. I had a problem with my last car, and the sales manager, Joe Gruen, personally worked with me until Michiel Stephens could find me another car. The general manager, Crawford Atkins, and the sales manager, Tony Harris, were also helpful. The BWM servicemen are great; they know you. When I walk into the dealership, people call me by name. This makes me feel appreciated as a customer and a person. I will continue to purchase BMWs at Capital Eurocars! More
