Just finishing up process of buying out my lease with Mary Mattingly. Anthony Coleman facilitated the paperwork in a quick and timely manner. The process could not have been easier. This is the best Volvo dealership in the bay area. After picking up my brand new 2022 Volvo XC-60 from Tampa Volvo, I immediately started having issues with it. They refused to take it back in for r After picking up my brand new 2022 Volvo XC-60 from Tampa Volvo, I immediately started having issues with it. They refused to take it back in for repairs, and told me it would be over a month until they could look at it. Sarasota Volvo said the same thing. But Crown Volvo St. Pete, and Joseph Guerrera in particular, got me in that very same day and immediately started the repairs. They were so accommodating and had great communication throughout the whole process. I will be exclusively bringing my Volvo to them from now on. More

I had come by a few days prior and he tried to fix the issue himself before we decided it was best to set up an appointment. Since something came up which interfered with my initial appointment, I came a day earlier and he got me in and out as quickly as possible. Customer service is always superb. More
