While traveling from out of town we had a serious engine problem requiring our 2015 XC60 to be towed to dealership. To our good fortune we had it towed to Crown Volvo St Pete. Tow service dropped off Vehicl problem requiring our 2015 XC60 to be towed to dealership. To our good fortune we had it towed to Crown Volvo St Pete. Tow service dropped off Vehicle at 10pm and Joe Guerra called me at 7:30am following morning as I left a note along with key in drop box explaining our situation and needing vehicle back quickly. Joe’s customer service was superior and he was clear in his explanation of what was wrong and how he would make our repair priority. He called me with updates throughout the repair and fixed our vehicle within 48hrs of dropping it off and we were able to resume our vacation without delay. Joe and Service Techs should be commended for this repair. We are relocating to St Pete with 3 Volvo’s and know where we can go for all future repairs. Many thanks! More
