It's a great day at Lokey!!!!! I made an appointment and brought my VW Golf in for an oil change and to have the Automatic Cruise Control checked. After being greeted by Brian, Ant I made an appointment and brought my VW Golf in for an oil change and to have the Automatic Cruise Control checked. After being greeted by Brian, Antonio, Eric and Joe (my salesman from last August) came over to check on my progress. Brian kept me informed about the status of the work, and Alex came out and explained the intricacies of the Automatic Cruise Control. It's this attention to detail and excellent service that has brought me to Lokey VW since I moved to Florida 35 years ago (it was Dimmitt VW then) for my 1984 Quantum (bought in California), 1998 Golf, 2000 Rabbit, 2004 Golf, 2008 Golf, 2012 Golf, and now my 2020 Golf. All went pretty smooth despite buying a car during “xxxx week”. Guy kept us informed every step of the way. He was one of the best sales people I have worked with during a car purchase. Never pushy... always patient. Had an issue with the finance part of the car. Wanted car in my name but it was put in my husband’s. Asked about it and was kinda dismissed. I didn’t appreciate that . Now everything for the car comes to my husband’s email, etc. this was a little frustrating. Overall, good experience... Guy was great and if I hear of anyone looking for a VW, I will definitely send them his way. More
