I have owned three different BMWs in my life (now four) and Mr. Hargraves is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He is without a doubt passionate about his customers, BMW, and selling cars. He took the time to walk the lot and explain each package on each car that I looked at. He was not expecting me on that day, once the receptionist paged him to the front he immediately greeted me like a true professional. Based on the first impression I knew I was in good hands. I normally do not provide referrals but will definitely be referring others to Mr. Hargraves. He was by far the best!! A job extremely well done and I couldn't be more pleased.
