Joe Hargraves I have worked with Joe several times over the years. We ordered a 2015 X5 the way I wanted it and we were very pleased with his knowledge and help get I have worked with Joe several times over the years. We ordered a 2015 X5 the way I wanted it and we were very pleased with his knowledge and help getting what I wanted. If it were not for him and Joe B. in service I may not have purchased from Casey. I have to say that by far the BMW dealership has the best sales people and service writers. We love them and came back because of the 2 Joe's :) Joe B in service has always taken such good care of me in the past with my past BMW's and wouldn't have anyone else as my service writer. More
