When it came time to trade in my van I had no doubt that I would buy it at Thomas Dodge. A Dodge Grand Caravan have been the best vehicle I have ever had, so I bought a new 2017. I was also very pleased to make my purchase through Joe Heisler, because I had also dealt with him when he use to work in the Service Department. it was great to buy from someone I was familiar with and pleasant - not pushy. Nady in Finance was also fantastic getting me down to the numbers I wanted to be at. Not often can you find a dealership that delivers exactly what you want in product AND price along with enjoying your time with their sales reps but Joe, Jacqueline and Nady did just that. I couldn't recommend Thomas Dodge and specifically these three people enough...and I'll be the first to admit I'm a hard guy to please. More

I wish I would have took my business to them FIRST! I spoke to the finance manager, Nady, and he sat me down with his amazing sales consultant, Joe Heisler. Joe made me and my boyfriend feel so comfortable searching for a car at their lot. He was incredibly friendly without trying to pressure you into feeling like you had to buy a car of their choice...no hassle about having great credit.... and very patient with us. Joe is very knowledgeable on all the cars we had an interest in. He encouraged us to give them a test drive, even if we weren't too sure on the car.
