The price was very good as I did my homework prior, they also clearly explained the MSRP and Invoice price. They were well below both. More

Our sales associate Joe Heisler was very helpful and accommodating. He explained the philosophy of the dealership, knowing it very well having worked his way through a number of positions on the staff. The experience was very relaxed and stress free. I had done my research on the make and model of the car we bought and knew that the no-haggle price was, in my opinion, fair. The car had new tires and was well detailed, and the asking price was below the average sales price for comparable cars listed on KBB. I would highly recommend this dealer for a used car purchase. We were very satisfied with the purchase experience and have an expectation that we will be equally happy with the quality of our new (used) car! More

It took me to Thomas Dodge's website where I got an invite to do an Instant Chat - they put me in contact with Cheryl Gallo. As I was so far away, we did a lot of our negotiations on-line. Unlike other dealerships that can't seem to answer all your questions, Cheryl did a very thorough job of answering each and every one. She also sent me pictures to make sure it was the vehicle I was looking for. The day we made the trip to Indiana to finalize the deal, Cheryl was not in and Joe Heisler stepped in to help us out. As they are not paid based on commission, it was a smooth transition - there was no cut-throat competitiveness between sales people. So refreshing!!!!! I do have to say, their sales approach of Zero Negotiations is very different than what we are used to; it was a relief to not have to haggle to get the best price! It made the experience much more relaxing. It was well worth the drive!! More
