We have had experiences with many aspects of the dealership from the service department (Brad Middendorf is very knowledgeable and keeps great communication with the vehicle owners) to most recently the sales department. We just recently purchased a brand new Ford Escape. Joe Hill was wonderful to work with! He was very helpful in answering all of our questions. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car we purchased and as well helpful in showing us how to sync our car with our phones, etc. Mark Springer and Bill Roulfs were also very helpful, attentive and nice to work with!
