The process was long and at times trying (due to Fords process of tracking and information) but Joe and Mike more than made up for it with their communication and service. The Raptor was in perfect condition when delivered. The price for the Truck and for my trade in were also fair and transparent. Mike in financing was also a pleasure to deal with and explained everything nicely. Upon delivery Joe Hill explained well the details of operation and the setup of the phone, sync, Ford pass.
