Keith Herrera and Sales Consultant Joe Ignoffo, at It is a pleasure to tell you about my experience buying my new 2019 XT5 Midsize SUV from Sales Mgr. Keith Herrera and Sales Consultant Joe Ignoffo, at Heritage Cadillac in Lombard, IL. I knew I wanted another Cadillac, because my previous Cadillacs had performed so well. I also knew exactly what model and options I wanted. Unfortunately, because I had purposely waited for the year-end rebates to increase, the leftover selection was limited. To make it even harder, I required a vehicle with as close to zero odometer miles as possible. Keith and Joe located the vehicle I wanted and it had less than 30 miles on the odometer, but it was at a dealership about 100 miles away and it did not have the optional wheels I specified. To provide the vehicle exactly as I specified, Keith said Heritage would pay for trucking the vehicle to its dealership, at no cost to me, and he would exchange the wheels from another new vehicle in his inventory to provide the optional wheels I wanted. In addition, before I committed to giving Keith the go-ahead, we sat down together and went over the entire invoice item-by-item, including rebates, incentives, trade-in allowance for my old vehicle, taxes, fees, etc. I took delivery of the vehicle a week later and the out-the-door price Keith had shown me a week earlier had not changed one cent! And by the way, the trade-in allowance Heritage gave me for my old vehicle was a few hundred dollars higher than the Kelly Blue Book value for a vehicle, just like mine, in outstanding condition. I highly recommend Keith Herrera and Joe Ignoffo, at Heritage Cadillac in Lombard, IL, to anyone shopping for a new Cadillac. More
