Not impressed There is two different price for there 40000 miles service . One by Volvo and one they had at there place . I was told and I agreed to pay what they asked , but at same time I also ask why is difference in price but they were not able to justify me . Since I compared service I got and paid vs price listed for servicing 40000 miles of my car on volvo there was $100 difference but no difference in service or at least what I saw I did not find any . Waiting on them to call me or justify me but haven’t received all I got from Jeff Spencer that I need to go online .. Not impressed how it was handle and still no justification .. Also I m not looking to any refund or getting money back but at least tell me the difference. I know it is locally owned and I prefer to exchange business locally but also want to be sure that I m not getting ripped off .. hope mr Spencer email me or call me to show me difference.. we have work with mike in sales and we love working with him , I don’t want to find reason going away from Volvo for small stuff .. never know how small stuff grows and became bigger .. More
