Scott and the whole team there did an amazing job helping us out of a bad situation! We walked in upside down on a car loan and desperate and they worked the deal to where we were able to walk out with a dec us out of a bad situation! We walked in upside down on a car loan and desperate and they worked the deal to where we were able to walk out with a decent interest rate, low down payment and new vehicle in a much better position. We can’t thank them enough and our SUV is beautiful! They worked really hard to get us into a vehicle we liked while still making sense in the long run. 5 out of 5 for sure! More

EDIT: I was personally contacted by a team member shortly after posting this review and bribed to remove it claiming that one of the ladies that were AMAZING to me would “lose her job”.… sad. I was looking to sell my 2016 VW Jetta and I got a message from Claire on Facebook Marketplace. We set up a day and time for me to bring the Jetta in. I was very pleased with my service working with her. She was amazing, very helpful and friendly. I was told I would get my loan paid off maximum of 10 days from the day I sold it to them. 10 days go by, still no payment. I contact my bank and they haven’t received anything. So I call the dealership and explain that no payment has been received. This time around I spoke to JOE. My interaction with him was EXTREMELY disturbing. He was very nasty and disrespectful to me and not to mention, also told me to watch my mouth when I made a statement containing “This is xxxxxxxx” . I was referring to the fact that my loan hadn’t been paid off yet. They were being very sketchy and said they “couldn’t locate the payment” and they couldn’t tell me if it was electronically sent or mailed. They refused to give me any type of tracking number as well. I was then told that the payment was sent through and already processed when it WASN’T (15 days in). They then told me to wait another 3-4 days for processing. NOTHING. They blamed it on my bank and said there was nothing more they had to do. So 18 days go by and I still don’t receive my payment. My bank, the dealership and I did a SECOND three-way call and we spoke to Stephanie & Caitlyn this time. They both were SO helpful. Caitlyn reached out to their third party that deals with the payments and we found out they actually never sent the payment. Finally 23 days later, my loan was paid off and taken care of. I will never return again and never recommend this dealer to anyone. Although Claire, Stephanie and Caitlyn were amazing, my experience overall was awful. And to Joe- I hope you grow up and learn to speak to customers with respect. Maybe that will help with potential customers in the future and self growth! More

Bonnie was looking for a truck did a thing on Facebook was per approved and made an appointment with auto first and mark reed was my salesman and he asked me questions of what did I want to get I said a d was per approved and made an appointment with auto first and mark reed was my salesman and he asked me questions of what did I want to get I said a dodge truck. I could not get one those mark reed went further and got me in a dodge journey. Mark reed is an awesome salesman. I will send people your way if I know they are looking for a vehicle. I have purchased at least 2 other vehicles from Auto First but in Enola, this time I went to Mechanicsburg and had a very pleasant and great experience, mainly due to my salesperson Mark Reed.
