Service are xxxxxxxx who don’t want to take responsibility for their mistakes. I had an Intoxalock device installed and they just wanted to refuse to have a mechanic look at it when it’s what I responsibility for their mistakes. Shady. Bought as is. Asked What was wrong with the vehicle. Was told needed tires and suspension. Priced accordingly ($1.3k price drop on blue book value). Bought as is. Fog lights no longer work, 4x4 jerks terribly (not suspension related at all), low beams don't work/ high beams work intermediately, passenger mirror cracked (didn't want to replace as part of the price). No one can diagnose headlights or its $150/hr. Batteries wrong size. If your on a tight budget avoid this place. Dealership refused to help with any of the repairs they didn't disclose, would've avoided purchase if given the proper information. Keep blaming the year and mileage of the vehicle instead of taking accountability for not looking over the car entirely or making purchaser aware of ALL issues/pricing accordingly. I am currently $700 into repairs without even addressing the tires or suspension yet and quoted at another $3000 to go. Would never recommend this place if you want to waste your hard earned money buy something that's useable. Dealer response is "bought it as is" we can get you the right batteries but we don't even have to do that. Avoid this place at all costs unless you like a surprise expenses. Didn't contact me for 2 weeks on the batteries I was waiting for until I left this negative review and was called within a couple hours. Needless to say they didn't give me correct sized batteries due to this review. More

Overall I had a good experience with the car purchase and sales team. I was glad to find the vehicle I was interested in. And they found financing for my challenging credit score.
