They are professional and upfront in their dealings with no pressure applied to buy. The service we have had over 20 plus years has been excellent. For the last four vehicles we have dealt with Randy MacDonald. He has helped with selection and options by explaining what is available and what the associated option costs are. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. Randy goes out of his way to assist and make the purchase as painless as possible. I had a few questions about my car after purchasing it and was able to call him and get help. He even helped me pair my smart phone to my car.
