After working with Nick Cramer we were able to talk the young guy into a better and more sensible vehicle. Along with Nick's sales management team we were able to get an affordable payment and safe car for our son. As a salesman I didn't feel sold. Go anywhere else! Bought a used car here and had major brake issues the night I drove it home. Called the sales person (Chad Uftring) right away and he said bring it in Bought a used car here and had major brake issues the night I drove it home. Called the sales person (Chad Uftring) right away and he said bring it in we will look at it. Brought it back on Saturday morning, they spend 3 hours looking at it and said it was fixed. Thinking great these things happen whatever they made good. I get in it and immediately notice it smells like pizza inside. Drove it maybe 10 miles to get outside of town to get up to 55mph and coasted as slow as I could go and pulled into a parking lot using the brakes as little as possible. Felt the lug nuts and passenger side was good drivers side still burnt my hand. Took it back kind of pissed off because I know they tested it by driving it 35mph less than 1/2 mile away from the dealership to pizza hut. Met with Pat again and said you didn't fix it. She claims they test drove it and everything was fine, i informed her driving it less than 1/2 a mile isnt a test and to look at it again. I left as i didn thave all day to sit there. I get a call conveniently 5 minutes after they close at noon saying well you need $272 worth of brake work. I told her I will be back Monday to pick up my check and my old car and they can take this one back due to IL state law regarding contracts. Another guy called me monday and said they replaced the parts and wont cost me a dime, he apologized and i went on my way - parking brake did not work as well but didnt want to deal with Uftring again. More

Best buy yet So this was my first official buy on my own. My sister went with me. I knew what I was looking for and wanted for me and my two children. I had spoken So this was my first official buy on my own. My sister went with me. I knew what I was looking for and wanted for me and my two children. I had spoken to Chad before I came in and ketchup him know what I was looking for and how much I could spend. When I went in the kind of vehicle and price I was looking for was not available. But he worked hard to try and find one. There were two similar vans on the lot. I took them bothave for a test drive. I feel in love with the first van, but drive the second one. Now the price was not what I was looking for. But in the end everything worked out. I got a new to me van for me and my children. It'd almost been a year and I still love it! I will go back to see Chad for a trade or a newer vehicle in the future. Thanks so much Chad for making my first time buyer and great experience. From time to time he also checks up to see how things are going with the 2009 Chrysler Town and Country van I bought, which I think is amazing that the sales associate does that. More

Annoyed with dealer, satisfied with vehicle. I was clear about what I wanted in a car and my budget up front with the salesman. He found a great car for me. Unfortunately, the best price I could get them down to was $1000 over my budget. The salesman, Nick, was great, very knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. The sales manager seemed simply unwilling to work with me or budge much at all on price. They fixed a couple of minor issues that I found with the car so I ended up buying it anyway. It's a great car and it sold itself. Still rather annoyed for them for exceeding my budget. More
