The guy actually had me second guessing my decision to purchase, by giving me doubts about Chevy quality. Everything was fine up to this point, but all I remember is the incredibly rude finance guy. I won’t be back to this dealership to buy a car. Dealer manager empathized and apologized for my experience, but reading other reviews, I see things haven’t changed. Too bad, as I’d prefer to keep my business close to home. More

Best experience all around! My wife and I were searching around for a Equinox and drove a few used ones around with the help of Nick Cramer. When we brought one of the used ones back from a test drive we visited with Joe Knapp and Nate Schneider as well and we went through comparing a brand new versus used equinox and with discounts and incentives we walked out of there with a brand new one instead and this is the 3rd vehicle i have purchased through this dealer and will continue to keep going back! For the last four vehicles we have dealt with Randy MacDonald. He has helped with selection and options by explaining what is available and what the associated option costs are. At no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase. Randy goes out of his way to assist and make the purchase as painless as possible.
