On April 3rd of this year that car was broadsided and totaled. On April 13th after shopping at other Subaru dealers in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania and experiencing less than satisfactory sales service we called Joe and 2 days later drove my new 2019 off the Gateway lot. Wendy's knowledge about tax credits was most appreciated, thank you Joe for your incentives and Zach for your clear explanation of the paperwork. All interactions were professional, friendly and most importantly, stress free! Lesson learned,....Buying a Subaru?..go straight to Gateway, no place else, and ask for Joe Kostecki!!! Thank you all!!!! More
