Of course I dealt with Joe Luque, the top sales associate at Phill This repeat Phillips Chevrolet Customer bought a 2010 Chevy Impala today (4/3/15). Of course I dealt with Joe Luque, the top sales associate at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort. I had dealt with Joe back in 2009, when I purchased a Chevy Aveo and had a pleasant experience then. This time around, I contacted Joe a week in advance to let him know that I was looking for a "new" used vehicle. He promptly responded to my e-mails and phone calls, answering questions I had, prior to my visit to the dealership today. When I arrived today he made me feel very comfortable. He had options ready to go over with me, to match the price range I was looking for. Joe assisted me with getting the optimal finance rate to meet my price. He took the time, walking the lot with me pointing out cars he thought would interest me. He let me test drive the vehicle I chose and went the extra mile to see that my price would be met. I highly recommend Joe Luque as is the man you want to see, if you are considering purchasing a vehicle, new or used, at Phillips Chevrolet. I certainly will when the time comes again.
