Joe is friendly and easy, and we took a quick test drive, at which point we discussed price. Joe took a couple of offers to his manager, and he was willing to work with us. We began paperwork, did a more thorough inspection of the car. It was getting close to closing time, but Joe, the manager, and Mary, the finance manager all took the time. Even after closing they all stayed and helped us finish the process so that we would not have to come back a second time from the city. Overall, it was as easy a process as I could have asked for! More
