It was the worst experience with this dealer ever! I decided to buy a new Toyota and because this dealer is close to me I gave them a try. Well never AGAIN! I wanted to buy either Toyota Highlander or R decided to buy a new Toyota and because this dealer is close to me I gave them a try. Well never AGAIN! I wanted to buy either Toyota Highlander or RAV4 since I already owned Highlander and I love SUVs. Sales person I deal with was good, only positive about this dealer but he's no longer there. Rest of the \eople I dealed with were very unprofessional and rude (mostly William who sugested that I buy Camry or something from smaller cars since Im young, "first learn how to walk before you run" how he said). Told them from beginning Im not giving any down payment and they were ok not a problem we will finance you for 0%. Well didnt happen. I got the car for a week and then they decided they wont give me a loan. They demanded a down payment after I already been driving the car for a week. Well I gave the car back and went to another dealer and they got my business and recomendations now. This is the worst dealer ever. Whenever I drive by them now I turn my head away. Save your time and nerves go to different dealer to buy car you like. More

Continental Toyota went above and beyond the other dealerships i went to in the last couple weeks in search of a new toyota camry.I shopped multiple dealers that wanted to play games and when i contac dealerships i went to in the last couple weeks in search of a new toyota camry.I shopped multiple dealers that wanted to play games and when i contacted Continental toyota it was a stress free process that went better than expected from start to finish! I drove out to Continental Toyota on 9/3/2009 to purchase a 2008 Corolla I saw online. When I saw the car, I realized that the color (white) was not for me. My salesperson Mickey was understanding and did no a 2008 Corolla I saw online. When I saw the car, I realized that the color (white) was not for me. My salesperson Mickey was understanding and did not try to pressure me to buy this car. There was no "what if I can save you a little, would you buy it" or any other crap like that. Instead he showed me a brand new 2010 Corolla in red, told me all the improvements they made in the 2009 model year, and that there was 0% financing on the 2010. He was very knowledgable, gave me a great price (even though it was the only Corolla in stock), and truly seemed to want my business. All of the people in the dealership seemed friendly...many came to say hello and asked if I was being helped out. The salesmanager (Joe)did not hide from me, he introduced himself right away, and then he must have ok'd the price I wanted which was fair. I know the dealership is in business to make money, but I received a nice discount, and was very happy! I will drive 24 miles to bring back my Corolla for service even though there are 3 or 4 dealerships closer! The store is brand new and is beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership...call and ask for Mickey, he's the best! More

I went to Continental Toyota on Dec. 8,2008. Raul Figuera was my salesman, he is the best. He always makes time for me and greets me with a handshake and answers all of my questions. He is excellent and I wo was my salesman, he is the best. He always makes time for me and greets me with a handshake and answers all of my questions. He is excellent and I would reccomend everyone to go to Continental Toyota for the best deal and service. They go the extra mile to please and satisfy you, also want to praise Joseph Miglio, and Roxann Seckus and Paul Dziuia in service for work well done. I am treated with royalty everytime I go to Continental. I have purchased many cars and was never treated as wonderful at any dealer ship as I am treated at Continental Toyota and I will tell all my friends and always buy my cars at Continental Toyota for the best deal, also Jacqueline Dybas was very informative, helpful, patient, and very polite to me. Ed wilczek was very knowledgible, patient, and very helpful with regards to helping me pair my phone to the car. The Rav 4 is the best car I ever purchased. Chuck was very helpful,polite and knowligible with any questions I had. I never new buying a SUV at a dealer ship could be so rewarding and Continental Toyota made that happen. I am very satisfied with my deal and service at Continental Toyota. I am not very good at expressing my feelings on paper and I want this review to be accepted or I will be very disappointed if the people that made me happy and satisfied do not get the recognition they deserve. More
