Everyone there was great. My only complaint is how long it takes to get anything done. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The manufacturer has recommended service and they explained every recommended item. I asked how long it would take and they said.2-3 hours. I told him I didn’t have the time and will do most of it later, but go ahead and change my oil, rotate the tires, and do the transmission fluid flush. I was there well over two hours for this. I guess there was confusion when we talked about how long it would take. I still don’t understand why it would take that long when I had an appointment for the earliest possible time on a weekday. More

I took my truck in for two separate issues. One they tried to reset my screen and update the software. I was hopeful it would fix my intermittent car play issue. My other issue was identified as nothing more than sound originating from the semi metallic break pads. So, there was nothing for them to fix. The sound is getting worse and seems to be more prevalent when turning the vehicle. Will have to try again. They are great to work with, but still having the same issues. More
