Allstate has a partnership with you for wrecks. FW Hwy wouldn’t take it cause all I had you do was alignment and send the wheel off. I paid for the alignment out of my pocket. When you did the wheel Kyle told me they’d get paid thru Allstate. He wasn’t there when I picked up and you wouldn’t let me have my keys without paying. Allstate tells me they’d have a set price on repairs and because they made me pay the inflated price I have to eat the difference. You see the problem here??? I am pissed about it. More
