I schedule an appointment to have my oil changed and driver side window looked at because it doesn’t go up smooth, it slows down mid way cycle. When I asked when should I make another appointment for someone to look at the window, I was told in a month. Ridiculous and who is running this service department because it needs help if that’s how you treat you buying customers. More
