When is arrived at my appointment time I was told they could change the oil but had nobody to look at the window. I took time off work for this appointment. When I asked when should I make another appointment for someone to look at the window, I was told in a month. Ridiculous and who is running this service department because it needs help if that’s how you treat you buying customers. More
