I can honestly say that Joe Mortell, Sanjeev Nair and the Biener team provided the best car buying experience of my career. They went the extra mile in every aspect of the purchase. There are very few family run automobile dealerships anymore. Today everything is about scale and Moving product. Far from what I experienced- The Biener team took the time to make sure that everything that was important to me was addressed. The delivery process was incredibly smooth taking no more than a half an hour for me to turn in my old car and get educated on my new Audi. Hats off to everybody and I will definitely be back. More

Great Experience First off, I'd like to say that I am overjoyed with my new vehicle purchase from Biener Audi. I spent nearly 4 months test driving A4s around the Roch First off, I'd like to say that I am overjoyed with my new vehicle purchase from Biener Audi. I spent nearly 4 months test driving A4s around the Rochester, NY area, with no luck at any dealership. I even made the trip down to Nyack and Maplewood, NJ in my quest to find the right car. Mind you, that's more than a 10 hour round trip from where I live. I've walked away from deals over the littlest details, including small differences in price, rude negotiating, and the even method of payment. To say the least, finding the right car seemed quite helpless after a while. Thankfully, I found the vehicle with all the right specs at Biener Audi. The first person I talked with was Breene, who negotiated the sale. Within about 4 emails, we had a price worked out and were making arrangements for me to pick up the A4. I was a little hesitant to get my hopes up because of my previous experiences at other dealerships, but I was more than surprised with the service once I finally got down to Great Neck. Joe was the specialist who went over the vehicle with me, and he was more than helpful. He went over every detail in depth, and made the actual transaction effortless. I couldn't be more thrilled with the service I received and would definitely recommend Biener Audi. I will definitely be purchasing my next Audi from them, and I can say that with 100% confidence. More

Actually, all staff involved with your service from the time you enter to the time you leave are wonderful. It is always a very pleasant experience. And if you want to wait for your car there is a very comfortable, plush waiting area with plenty of coffee, water and snacks. If you need a ride back home or to the train, you got it. If you need a loaner, you got it. More

The staff is personable and efficient and works hard to fulfill your vehicle needs. This includes both specific vehicles & equipment as well as financial requirements. When in contact with the dealership, I was always directed to the proper person that was best equipped to answer my questions. In addition to experience with my salesman, Joe M. and with Mark B. in finance, I found it very comforting that the, always available and willing to help, new car sales manager is very knowledgeable about Audi protocol, policy and procedures.
