We really enjoyed working with Joe during the purchase of our new Rav 4. He was a great listener, very patient answering all our questions, and did not try to sell us anything we did not need or want (inclu our new Rav 4. He was a great listener, very patient answering all our questions, and did not try to sell us anything we did not need or want (including when we had almost finalized our car selection, then did a U turn, and did another U turn). Joe Mount was able to help me find the car and color I wanted. They had to get the car from a different dealership since they didn't have exactly what I wanted and even with that I had my car in less than wanted. They had to get the car from a different dealership since they didn't have exactly what I wanted and even with that I had my car in less than a week. Joe was consistent with updates on where my car was in the process and I was very happy with the whole experience. I definitely recommend Joe and Heritage Toyota More

Working with Joe has got to be one of the best experiences I have personally had. He listened to exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle for my family and I.
