Quick, easy, and totally painless On Mothers Day (May 8th), I was rear-ended and it totaled my car. May 17th, my dad and I stopped in to just look around, and my dad introduced me to On Mothers Day (May 8th), I was rear-ended and it totaled my car. May 17th, my dad and I stopped in to just look around, and my dad introduced me to Joe. When my dad told him about my accident, his very first question was "are you ok?" and I knew right then that THIS would be the guy to get my business. May 19th I brought in my husband to look at the car I liked, took it for a test drive, and put money down to hold it (while waiting for my insurance check). May 23rd I drove it off the lot. The whole process was so easy and Joe eased my mind completely worked with what we wanted. My son will soon be looking for a car, and Joe will be the guy we go to then, too. And if in a few years when my daughter will be looking for a car, hopefully Joe will still be around. Levi made the whole finance/paperwork part (the "not fun" part) so painless. I had bought a few cars from Dave Holt Ford many years ago and never thought I would find someone to replace Jeff Boumeester, but I am very thankful that my dad introduced me to Joe and will be more than happy to give him our family's business for many years to come. More

Joe was very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were considering. This was our first time leasing, and Joe made us feel we were choosing the correct option: buying vs leasing. He explained in terms that we understood the pros and cons of both options. He went out of his way to get us the best deal for our personal situation. Joe also spent several hours looking for the vehicle I wanted and with great patience, he and other Ford employees accomplished this deed in a very timely manner.
