Sam Aly was so knowledgeable and personable....there was no pressure, just straightforward communication. The whole process was flawless. The day I picked up the car Sam made sure the flow of paperwork and everything else involved with the delivery, was seamless and quick!!! It was a relief to know that “Lexus Wade” was there to go through the new technology on my 2020 NX before I left the dealership. He spent over 1 hour with me patiently going over everything.
