Joe was pleasant and upbeat during our interaction. The dealership was very busy, late on a Friday, but he seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I was looking for a particular used vehicle tha The dealership was very busy, late on a Friday, but he seemed genuinely interested in helping me. I was looking for a particular used vehicle that was not a Honda and Joe knew exactly which car I was talking about as soon as I mentioned it. In fact I think he liked the car so much he would have bought it! Joe did a great job of allowing me to buy a car vs trying to sell me one. I can't understate how important that aspect was. It was dark outside so he had the car pulled into the loading bay, after my test drive, where it was well lit so I could thoroughly inspect the car myself without someone draped over my shoulder. In addition I also test drove the car by myself which was nice. He listened and after a little back and forth we made it happen. I never felt a sense of pressure during the process. Eddie was personable and efficient with our time in the finance room. Process was quick and painless. Thank you to Joe and Eddie for their help and I would highly recommend working with them to anyone. 5 stars across the board. More
