Went in for an oil change and was told I had a leak in my oil coolant lines. I had an extended warranty but was told there was a $500 deductible so CNA warranty would only cover $36. Told Joe to hold off for now as I wasn't prepared to spend that money at that time so lets hold off. Few months later, took my car to another GMC location for other warranty work and mentioned the coolant lines. Before even looking at my car or doing the work, the service manager looked at my warranty and recommended I go back to the dealership where I bought it for service as this would save me the $500 deductible. I would think OFallon GMC would have also suggested this. I scheduled an appointment at my place of purchase and when they tried called in the claim, CNA said they could not authorize the work because OFallon GMC had an open claim. I never authorized OFallon GMC to do the work so not sure why there would be an open claim. I called Joe and asked him to straighten this out (cancel their claim, transfer it, whatever needed to be done). Joe said he would call, but the wait times on hold with CNA were taking a 1/2 hour to an hour so he would try. I said that's fine and call me when its done. Never heard from Joe, called back two hours later. Now he's either not in his office, offsite, but no one knows where he is. Waited another 1.5 hours, still no call from joe. Called again and Joe is still 'in the back'. I never authorized Ofallon to do the work and now I'm stuck until they remove their claim for work they didn't do. Ofallon is the most convenient GMC location for me, but don't think I'll ever use them again thanks to Joe's customer service. More
