I have to write a review to share about the excellent service Craig Blum, Sales Director at the this location and his team provide. They more than exceeded my expectation with regards to their patience and professionalism. I found him and his team to be mild mannered and not once did I feel pressured into making a decision. They made sure to address and respond to all of my objections and questions. My experience at this dealership progressed from good to great due to the care and guidance Craig and his team provided. The process of buying a car here was easy and clear. Next year we are in the market for another car for our daughter, and we will definitely be back asking For their help. Exceptional service I bought my Alpha Romero with an appearance package, which included window tinting. I noticed that the tint had bubbles on one window. I took it in an I bought my Alpha Romero with an appearance package, which included window tinting. I noticed that the tint had bubbles on one window. I took it in and had the tint replaced. Later, I noticed that the leather panel on the door under the window had a water mark along the lengh of the window. I brought the car back in to the dealership and showed the service department. They immediately talked to the tint installer. The service department, my sales person and the General Manager immediately took care of the situation. Instead of waiting for a replacement panel to be ordered, they took a panel off a car in the showroom and installed it in my car. While I was waiting my sales person, Joe Pfotenhauer, lent me his personal car so I could run some errands instead of waiting for my car at the dealership. They went above and beyond to make me happy and rectify the situation. More

Great Salesman Went to this dealership knowing what I wanted and was lucky to find a great salesman in Joe Pfotenhauer. Couldn't get the car that most caught my eye Went to this dealership knowing what I wanted and was lucky to find a great salesman in Joe Pfotenhauer. Couldn't get the car that most caught my eye because it was an automatic and I wanted a manual. He found me a great alternative and we ended up by purchasing it. I wasn't able to bring it home that day (Sunday) because a few of them had recalls and they weren't sure if that was one of them. Instead of making us come back the next day (a 90 minute drive) Joe delivered the car to my house and we did all the paper work on the dining room table. Now that's going above and beyond More
