We then spent a few days fine tuning the details, and before I knew it I was already sitting in my new Tacoma. He is very professional, easy-going, and works hard to find what we needed. For this most recent car (2020 Murano), I put in a request from Joe a while ago to let me know when a good time would be for me to upgrade with little changes in payment. I got the call one day and the next day I had the new car in my possession. So fast and easy, and not to mention the great deal we got!
