Service manager refuses to call back after many attempts trying to reach him. When he doesn't pick up, the switch board asks if you would like to leave your name and number and he will call you back. Have y trying to reach him. When he doesn't pick up, the switch board asks if you would like to leave your name and number and he will call you back. Have you heard from?, cause I haven't . Communication is key. I was told that they texted me in the computer system that my truck was ready. I didn't receive a message. They tell me that system doesn't work half the time. I even showed them my phone so they could see for themselves. My truck was filthy dirty when I received it back. The hood and lower cowl of the front windshield looked like someone spilt yogurt all over it. The porter who pulled up my truck just got out and walked away. The seat was so far forward I could hardley get in. He looked about as miserable as a person can be, at least try and fake a smile. I got out of there as fast as I could to go and my truck washed. What ever that stuff was all over my hood was really hard getting off. I wonder how much damage to the paint will occur? More
