I had a voltage issue I went to the evening before and had the battery tested before I brought it to you and it tested good except it needed charging. The Chevy mechanic said I needed a new battery even t had the battery tested before I brought it to you and it tested good except it needed charging. The Chevy mechanic said I needed a new battery even though the battery was only 3 years old just out of warranty $500. Later I'm in North Carolina and having the same issue I'm not near a Chevy dealer so I've been putting it on the charger when it's low. Not a good experience at all and put a strain on my trip. More

He was asked a very simple question about a warranty on my vehicle when coming to pick it up and instead of answering and talking about it respectfully he proceeded to be very disrespectful to me and my mo my vehicle when coming to pick it up and instead of answering and talking about it respectfully he proceeded to be very disrespectful to me and my mother. And didn't help in any way. Along with this incident he was notified on my warranty as well as the lift insurance through allied and kept insisting that it would cover costs or anything.
