Took 4 months to resolve the repair. After 2 months regal service did provide a loaner car. Cost of repair was very fair. Communication until Steve took over, I would rate a zero. I took my 2012 Corvette to Regal because service is usually good and fixed promptly. When I picked up my Corvette, the front was covered with love bugs and I could tell it had sat outside for 4 months. I cleaned love bugs off the front of the loaner before returning...thought it was proper. Thanks More

Scott has been trying to help me but so far no results. My remote stopped working about a month ago. It works find out of my garage but will not work in my garage therefore since I park my car in the gar My remote stopped working about a month ago. It works find out of my garage but will not work in my garage therefore since I park my car in the garage (I have to for my insurance) I cannot get it out of the garage with this one remote. My other remote works fine. The one that doesn't work has worked ok for 2 years so can't figure out why it doesn't work now. More
