I was was misquoted on my simple repair (tire install on new rims) and lied to by the service manager. The service employee that helped me with my order before my appointment was very kind and pleasant but new rims) and lied to by the service manager. The service employee that helped me with my order before my appointment was very kind and pleasant but did a horrible job of making sure parts got my parts on order. And I was rescheduled at least 3 times(I belive more than that) in the end I tracked down the parts for the service team myself in under 10 minutes they had been working on it for over a month! More

Customer Service at its best I have bought 2 Vehicles in less than a year with Empire. Kevin Bancroft who has been at the same location for years has worked with me numerous time I have bought 2 Vehicles in less than a year with Empire. Kevin Bancroft who has been at the same location for years has worked with me numerous times and knows how to work with me. No spinning numbers straight to the point and easy to work with. I've also had the pleasure of working with Joe on both my purchases as well and very polite guy and easy to work with as well. I look forward to buying my next vehicle with them. More
